Daniela Perez is a construction professional and Project Management leader based in Miami, Florida, with a proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. She brings a strategic approach to construction management, combining technical expertise with strong leadership to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and project performance.
Originally from Cuba, Daniela’s journey as an immigrant has shaped her disciplined, resilient, and results-oriented leadership style. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University and holds an Associate degree in Architecture from Miami Dade College. She is currently pursuing her architectural licensure, further strengthening her ability to bridge design intent with construction execution at an advanced level.
Throughout her career, Daniela has successfully led projects ranging from $2 million to $12 million, improving operational efficiency by up to 30% and reducing project costs by up to 40% through strategic planning, procurement optimization, and process improvements. She has extensive experience overseeing budgeting, scheduling, contract strategy, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring alignment between field operations and executive objectives.
With a strong foundation in estimating, building systems, and multidisciplinary coordination—including HVAC, plumbing, and civil scopes—Daniela brings a comprehensive understanding of construction from preconstruction through closeout. She is recognized for her ability to lead teams, manage risk, and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
Daniela is proficient in industry-leading platforms including Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, and Revit, and holds OSHA 30 certification. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she is known for her leadership presence, strategic mindset, and ability to scale construction operations while aligning technical execution with broader business goals.

Mr. Adam Nacer is a licensed Certified General Contractor, Certified Plumbing Contractor and Certified Underground Utilities and Excavation Contractor, with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the construction industry. His career has been defined by a hands-on approach to leadership and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
As the President, CEO and founder of Make Way Construction, established in 2019, Mr. Nacer has guided the company’s growth by drawing on his extensive background in senior management roles across multiple construction disciplines. Under his leadership, Make Way Construction has earned a reputation for delivering complex projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. His proven ability to manage diverse construction operations and navigate the challenges of the industry has been a key driver of the company’s success.
Mr. Nacer holds a diverse portfolio of certifications and licenses, encompassing areas such as heavy civil contracting, general contracting, plumbing. excavation, and underground utilities. His technical expertise, combined with a strategic mindset, enables him to control project costs, streamline workflow processes, and enhance productivity on worksites. His leadership is grounded in an understanding of the intricate details of construction management, including risk mitigation, contract negotiations, and team leadership. This has earned him the trust and confidence of clients who value his results-oriented approach and dedication to exceeding expectations.
